Parking
Vehicle parking, including one handicap space, is available in the parking lot adjacent to the playground on Garden Trail between Pontiac Drive and Warren Drive. However, overnight parking is prohibited, and violators are subject to a $100.00 fine and possible towing of their vehicle. Any other roadside parking prohibitions are posted in situ; otherwise, roadside parking is permitted. Please consider width and visibility issues when parking on any roadside.
Dog Licenses
ToPP Ordinance 070113 Section 1(A):
Every person owning or harboring a dog within the Town shall…obtain a Town dog license for each dog so owned or harbored. The [initial] fee…shall be $12.50 per dog…the annual fee for license renewal…shall be $4.00 per dog.
Proper licensing of pets contributes to human and pet safety. Please license your pet by filling out and submitting the Dog License New or Renewal Application Form >, a record of shots and your payment to:
